How do I delete a hunting ground?

Deleting a hunting ground removes it from the list of all its members. This action can't be undone: its hunts, its maps, its members and its documents are no longer available. Only the administrator of the hunting ground can delete it. A manager can't. ## On mobile 1. **Hunting grounds** tab, tap your hunting ground. 2. "Administration" section, tap **Settings**. 3. Right at the bottom of the screen, tap **Delete the hunting ground**. 4. In the "Delete the hunting ground" window, tap **Delete**. The deletion starts as soon as you tap **Delete**, and you go back to the list of your hunting grounds. ## On the web 1. Click **Hunting grounds** in the menu, then your hunting ground. 2. In the hunting ground menu, "Administration" section, click **Settings**. 3. At the bottom of the page, in the "Danger zone" box, click **Delete this hunting ground**. The "Delete the hunting ground" window opens, with the message "Warning: this can't be undone.". 4. Type the name of the hunting ground exactly as it is written. Copy and paste is disabled in this field. 5. Click **Confirm**. 6. Confirm the second browser window: "Are you sure you want to permanently delete this hunting ground?". ## Good to know - Deleting doesn't cancel the hunting ground's subscription. Cancel it before you delete the hunting ground. - If a paid subscription is still running, the confirmation window reminds you: "Your subscription is not cancelled automatically: cancel it first from the hunting ground's Subscription page, otherwise it will keep being billed." - A subscription that is already cancelled, or the Discovery plan, adds no warning. - To leave without deleting the hunting ground, transfer the administration to another member first, then leave the hunting ground. ## Troubleshooting - "I can't see Delete the hunting ground": you aren't the administrator of the hunting ground. Only the administrator can delete it. - "On the web, the Confirm button stays greyed out": the text you typed doesn't exactly match the name of the hunting ground.
