How do I create an account?

A Mes Chasses account gives you access to everything: hunting grounds, hunts, address book. All you need is a valid email address, or a Google or Apple account. ## On mobile ### With your email 1. Open the app. If the introduction screens appear, tap **Skip**, or **Get started** on the last one: the "Create my account" screen opens. If the app opens on sign-in, tap **Sign up** at the bottom of the screen. 2. Enter your **Email** and **Password** (at least 8 characters). 3. Tick "I accept the terms of use and privacy policy". 4. Tap **Create my account**. 5. The "Check your email" screen appears. Open the email you received and tap the link. 6. Return to the app: it detects the confirmation, signs you in and opens the profile completion flow. If the email doesn't arrive, tap **Resend the email**. The button is then disabled for 60 seconds before another send. ### With Google or Apple On the "Create my account" screen, tap **Sign up with Google**, or **Sign up with Apple** (iPhone and iPad only). No password to remember, and no confirmation email. ## On the web ### With your email 1. Go to app.meschasses.com. Below the sign-in form, click **Sign up**. 2. Enter your **Email** and a **Password** (at least 8 characters). 3. Tick "I accept the terms and conditions and privacy policy". 4. Click **Create an account**. 5. The "Check your email" screen appears. Open the email you received and click the link. 6. The link signs you in, then the welcome flow starts to complete your profile. If the email doesn't arrive, click **Resend the email** on the "Check your email" screen. Another send is available every 60 seconds. ### With Google or Apple On the registration screen, click **Sign up with Google** or **Sign up with Apple**. Your identity is taken from that account. ## Good to know - The account is free. The subscription relates to a hunting ground, not your account: a hunting ground starts on the Discovery plan, which is free, and you choose the subscription later from that hunting ground. - Until the email address is confirmed, sign-in remains blocked. - Have you already signed in with Apple or Google? Use the same button to get back to your account, instead of creating a second one. - Have you received an invitation and already have an account? Sign in with the same method as usual: the invitation will open afterwards in your account. ## Troubleshooting - "I have not received the verification email": check your spam folder, then use **Resend the email**. - "This email is already used. Try signing in.": the address already has an account. Sign in, or use **Forgot your password?** on the sign-in screen. - "The password must contain at least 8 characters.": choose a longer password. - "Invalid email format.": check the address you entered. - "The Create my account button stays greyed out" (mobile): tick the terms of use checkbox. ## See also - [How do I complete my profile?
