How do I reset my password?

Forgotten your password? Mes Chasses sends you a link to create a new one, without going through support. You need access to your account's email inbox. ## On mobile 1. On the sign-in screen, tap **Forgot your password?**. 2. Enter your **Email**, then tap **Send the link**. 3. A screen confirms the email was sent, with the buttons **Open my mail app** and **Resend the email**. 4. Open the link you received on your phone: the app opens on the "New password" screen. 5. Enter your **New password** (at least 8 characters), then **Confirm password**. 6. Tap **Save**. On the "New password" screen, **Cancel** signs you out without changing anything. ## On the web 1. On the sign-in page, click **Forgot your password?**. 2. Enter your **Email**, then click **Send the link**. 3. A screen confirms the email was sent. 4. Open the email you received and click the link: a "New password" window opens. 5. Enter your **New password** (at least 8 characters), then **Confirm password**. 6. Click **Update password**. ## Good to know - The link is sent to the account's main address. If no account exists for that address, you receive nothing. - A reset link can only be used once and is valid for a limited time. ## Troubleshooting - "I have not received the link": first check your spam folder. - "I have not received the link" (on mobile): tap **Resend the email**. - "I have not received the link" (on the web): click **Resend the email**. The form reappears with your address already filled in: click **Send the link**. - "This link has expired or has already been used." (web): the link is no longer valid. Request a new link from the form shown. - "Link expired" with "This sign-in link is invalid or has already been used." (mobile): the link is no longer valid. Start again from **Forgot your password?**. - "The passwords do not match.": the two entries differ. Type the same password in both fields. - "The new password must be different from the old one.": choose a different password. - "Too many attempts.
