How do I sign in?

Sign in to access your hunting grounds, hunts and address book. You need a Mes Chasses account with a confirmed email address. ## On mobile 1. Open the app. On first launch, swipe through the introduction to the last page and tap **I already have an account**. After that, the sign-in screen appears directly. 2. Enter your **Email** and **Password**. 3. Tap **Sign in**. You can also tap **Continue with Google**, or **Continue with Apple** (iPhone and iPad only). From version 4.2.7 of the app, the button for the method you last used on this phone shows the label "Recently used". ## On the web 1. Go to app.meschasses.com: the sign-in page appears. 2. Enter your **Email** and **Password**. 3. Click **Sign in**. You can also click **Continue with Google** or **Continue with Apple**. The button for the method you last used in this browser shows the label "Recently used". ## Good to know - Always sign in with the same method (email, Google or Apple) to access the same account. To use more than one, link Google or Apple to your account in **Sign-in methods**. - Did you receive an invitation? Sign in with your usual account: the invitation will open afterwards. - If your profile isn't complete, Mes Chasses asks you to finish it before continuing, on mobile and on the web. ## Troubleshooting - "Incorrect email or password.": the email or password doesn't match any account. Check what you entered, or use **Forgot your password?**. - "Please confirm your email address before signing in." (web): your address isn't confirmed. Open the link sent by email, or click **Get a new confirmation link**. - "The Check your email screen appears instead of sign-in" (mobile): your address isn't confirmed. Open the link sent by email, or tap **Resend the email**, then return to the app. - "I cannot resend the link straight away": a new send is available once a minute. Wait, then try again. - "Too many attempts. Try again in one minute.": you have tried too many times in a row. Wait one minute before trying again. - "This account has been blocked by the Mes Chasses team.": the message shows the address to contact to find out why. - "I cannot find my hunts": you may be signed in to a different account, created with a different method (Google, Apple or email).
