How do I take part in Mes Chasses webinars?

Mes Chasses runs free live webinars on Google Meet. Past sessions that have a replay can be watched again from the **Webinars** page. Anyone can sign up. With a Mes Chasses account, you can do so on mobile and on the web; without an account, only on the web. ## On mobile ### Sign up for a webinar 1. **Home** tab, under "Toolbox", tap **Webinars**. 2. Under "Upcoming", tap **Sign me up** on the webinar you chose. The card shows "You are registered". You receive a confirmation by email and by notification. ### Unregister 1. **Home** tab, under "Toolbox", tap **Webinars**. 2. Under the webinar, tap **Unregister me**. ### Join the live session 1. Open the **Webinars** page from 15 minutes before the start. The webinar carries the "Live now" chip, with a red dot. 2. Tap **Join**. Google Meet opens in the Meet app if it is installed, otherwise in your browser. Not registered? **Join** signs you up along the way, without a confirmation email. ### Watch a webinar again 1. Open the **Webinars** page, under "Replays". 2. Tap **Watch again**. The video opens in the YouTube app or in your browser. ### Be notified of new webinars 1. **Account** tab, then **Notifications**. 2. Tap the **Notify me of upcoming webinars** switch. You can also do this from the **Webinars** page (**Home** tab, under "Toolbox"), where the same switch is offered. To stop, turn off the switch. ## On the web ### Sign up with your account 1. Click **Webinars** in the menu. 2. Under "Upcoming", click **Sign me up**. You can also sign up from the "Next webinar" card on the **Dashboard**, which offers **Sign me up**; its **All webinars** link opens the page. ### Unregister with your account 1. Click **Webinars** in the menu. 2. Under the webinar, click **Unregister me**. ### Sign up without an account 1. Open the **Webinars** page while signed out: from a link in a Mes Chasses newsletter, or by typing app.meschasses.com/webinaires in your browser. 2. Enter **Your email address** under the webinar you chose. Tick **Notify me of upcoming webinars** if you also want the announcements. 3. Click **Sign me up**. The page shows "Check your inbox": you aren't registered yet. 4. Open the email you receive (look in the junk folder too) and click its button. 5. On the "Confirm your registration" page, click **Confirm my registration**. The page shows "It's confirmed, you are registered". The email link is valid for 48 hours. Coming from a newsletter's personal link? One click on **Sign me up** is enough, with no email to confirm. **Use another address** lets you enter a different one. ### Unregister without an account 1. Open the unregister link from one of the webinar's emails. The "Unregister from this webinar?" page opens. 2. Click **Unregister me**. ### Join the live session 1. From 15 minutes before the start, open the **Webinars** page or the **Dashboard**. The webinar carries the "Live now" chip. 2. Click **Join**. Google Meet opens in a new tab. If you are signed in with your account, whether registered or not, this click is enough: registration happens along the way, without a confirmation email. ### Join the live session without an account The public page doesn't offer **Join** or **Watch again**. 1. Open the email you received the day before the webinar or 15 minutes before it starts. 2. Click the Google Meet link. ### Watch a webinar again 1. Click **Webinars** in the menu, under "Replays". 2. Click **Watch again**. A YouTube video plays in a window without leaving the page. A replay that isn't a YouTube video opens in a new tab. You can also watch from the **Dashboard**: when the card shows "Webinar to watch again", it offers **Watch again**. ### Be notified of new webinars 1. Click **Webinars** in the menu. 2. Click the **Notify me of upcoming webinars** switch. You can also click your name at the bottom of the menu, then the **Notifications** tab. The **Manage my notifications** link on the bell also opens these settings. To stop, turn off the switch, or open the unsubscribe link from an announcement email and click **Unsubscribe me**. Your current registrations stay valid. ## Good to know - The **Notify me of upcoming webinars** switch sends you an email and a notification for every new webinar. - The link to join arrives by email the day before, then 15 minutes before the start. With an account, a notification goes with it each time. Without an account, there is only the email. - When the replay is online after the live session, registered people with an account receive an email and a notification. Registered people without an account receive the email only. - When a webinar's date changes, registered people with an account receive an email and a notification. Registered people without an account receive the email only. - When a webinar is cancelled, registered people with an account receive an email and a notification. Registered people without an account receive the email only. - With an account, these messages follow your notification settings: if you turned off emails or notifications, they aren't sent. - On the web, the **Dashboard** card shows the closest upcoming webinar. When none is planned, it shows "Webinar to watch again" for 14 days after the last live session, provided it has a replay online, then disappears. ## When something goes wrong - "This link has expired" (web, confirmation page): the confirmation link was valid for 48 hours. Sign up again, a new link is sent to you. - "This link has already been used" (web, confirmation page): your registration is already confirmed. To register again, go through the **Webinars** page. - "This webinar is no longer open" (confirmation page): the webinar was cancelled or it has ended. Upcoming webinars are on the **Webinars** page. - "This link is not valid" (confirmation page): the link is incomplete. Sign up again. - "This link is no longer valid" (web, unregister or unsubscribe page): you may already be unregistered or unsubscribed, or the webinar has ended. - "This webinar was cancelled.", "This webinar has ended." or "This webinar no longer exists.": when tapping or clicking **Sign me up** or **Join**, the webinar is no longer open. Choose a webinar from the "Upcoming" section. - "The webinars couldn't be loaded. Check the connection and try again.": the list didn't load. Tap or click **Try again** once the connection is back. - "The live session opens 15 minutes before the time.": it is too early. Come back 15 minutes before the start. - "I didn't receive the email": look in the junk folder and check that emails aren't turned off in your notification settings. - "The page says 'Check your inbox' but I don't receive anything" (web, signing up without an account): the page shows the same screen when your address is already registered for this webinar, when you already requested 3 links in 24 hours, or when a still-valid link has already been sent. Use the link from the first email, or try again later. - "This registration link is no longer valid. Enter your email address below." (web, signing up from a newsletter link): the newsletter's personal link is no longer accepted. Enter your email address to sign up. - "This email address doesn't look valid." (web, signing up without an account): correct the entered address. - "Too many attempts from this device. Try again in an hour." (web, signing up without an account): this message only exists on the public web page.
