Each hunting ground has a plan that sets three limits: the number of members, the number of hunts per month and the document storage. Knowing these limits helps you avoid a "limit reached" message.
## The three plans
| Plan | Price | Members | Hunts per month | Document storage |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Discovery | Free | 2 | 1 | 50 MB |
| Standard | €79 per year | 20 | Unlimited | 2 GB |
| Premium | €149 per year | Unlimited | Unlimited | 20 GB |
## Who pays
The subscription is taken out per hunting ground, not per account. The hunting ground's administrator is the payer, and they alone see the **Subscription** section. Members use the app for free.
## The hunt limit (Discovery)
- Discovery allows one hunt per month. What counts is the month the hunt takes place, not the day you create it: you can prepare your January hunts as early as October, at a rate of one per month.
- The count covers the hunting ground's hunts for that month, drafts included. A cancelled hunt doesn't count.
- A copy made with **Duplicate the hunt** also counts, even as a draft.
- Publishing a draft doesn't free up a slot, since it already counts. To free one, delete a draft from that month or move it to another month.
- Deleting or cancelling a hunt frees up its month.
- Moving a hunt to a month that already has one is refused.
- Impromptu hunts, without a hunting ground, don't count.
## The member limit
- The quota counts the active records in the member list, with or without an account.
- The administrator also has an active record: on Discovery, that leaves one slot for another member.
- A pending membership request doesn't take a slot.
- Deactivating or removing a member frees up their slot.
## Where to see where you stand
### On the web
1. **Hunting grounds** menu, open your hunting ground, then the **Members** tab.
2. At the bottom of the list, a line of the form "20 slots on your plan · 5 remaining" is shown with a gauge.
### On mobile
1. **Hunting grounds** tab, open your hunting ground.
2. Under "Administration", tap **Members**.
A banner appears on this page when the limit is reached. It also appears when adding a member and when creating a hunt.
## Good to know
- A refused action shows a message starting with "Hunt limit reached for this hunting ground in" (followed by the month) or with "Member limit reached for this hunting ground". The hunt message suggests choosing another month or upgrading to a higher plan. The member message suggests upgrading to a higher plan.
- No email is sent when a limit is reached.
- To change plan: **Subscription** section of the hunting ground, reserved for the administrator.
## Troubleshooting
- "Hunt limit reached for this hunting ground in …": this month already has its hunt on Discovery. Choose a date in another month, cancel or delete the hunt or the useless draft from this month, or upgrade to Standard.
- "Member limit reached for this hunting ground": every slot is taken. Deactivate a useless record or upgrade to a higher plan.
- "I don't see the Subscription section": only the hunting ground's administrator can see it. Ask them to change the plan.
