The hunting season

Mes Chasses groups your harvests, your budgets and your harvest plan by hunting season. The season selector doesn't filter every list: this page explains which ones, so you can understand why a harvest appears in one view and not another. ## The rule A season runs from 1 July to 30 June of the following year. For example, the 2026-2027 season covers 1 July 2026 to 30 June 2027. ## What the season filters - On mobile, the harvests on the "Trophies" screen, which you open with **Trophies** on the **Hunts** tab. - On mobile, the three figures in the "This season" block on the home screen: **Harvest**, **Outings** and **On foot**. - On mobile, the species shown under past hunts. - On mobile, the **Budget**, **Statistics**, **Harvest plan & tags** and **Horn calls** screens of a hunting ground: in **Horn calls**, the tag types listed are those of the season. - On mobile, the "Hunting periods" tool, which shows the periods for the chosen season. - On the web, the overview, the hunts, the harvest plan, the statistics and the expenses of a hunting ground. - Tags: a tag can only be set in the season of the hunt concerned, whatever the season chosen in the selector. ## What it doesn't filter - The lists of your hunts show all your hunts, whatever the season chosen: the **Upcoming** and **Past** tabs of the mobile app, and the **My hunts** page on the web. - On the web, the **My trophies** page doesn't use a hunting ground's season selector. It has its own season chips. ## Choose the season on mobile 1. **Account** tab, then **Hunting season**. 2. In the "Hunting season" sheet, tap a season: the current season or one of the 4 previous ones. You can also open this choice by tapping the season's name at the top of the home screen, the **Hunts** tab or the "Trophies" screen. From the "Trophies" screen, the sheet also offers **All seasons**. A warning triangle appears next to the name when the chosen season isn't the current season. ### Inside a hunting ground, on mobile **Budget**, **Statistics** and **Harvest plan & tags** open on the chosen season, then offer their own season chips. They aren't the same from one screen to the next: - **Statistics** offers the current season and the 5 previous ones. - **Harvest plan & tags** offers the current season, the 3 following ones, the chosen season and the seasons that already have a plan. - **Budget** offers the current season, the chosen season and the seasons that have at least one expense. ## Choose the season on the web ### For a hunting ground 1. Open the hunting ground. 2. In the header, click the button that shows the season, for example "2026-2027 season", and choose another one. 3. To see older seasons, click **+ Load earlier seasons**. 4. To return to today, click **↩ Back to the current season**. This choice only appears if the chosen season isn't the current season. The overview, the hunts, the harvest plan, the statistics and the expenses of the hunting ground follow this choice. A dot "•" appears next to the season's name when it isn't the current season. This button isn't shown on a narrow screen, nor when you open a hunt. ### For your harvest log 1. Click **My trophies** in the menu. 2. Click a season chip, or **All · N** to see everything (N is the number of harvests). The page opens on the current season if it contains harvests, otherwise on the most recent season. This choice doesn't change the season chosen in a hunting ground. ## Good to know - On mobile, the choice is shared between the home screen, the **Hunts** tab, the "Trophies" screen and the **Account** tab. - On mobile, tapping a chip in **Budget** or **Statistics** also changes the season on the home screen, the **Hunts** tab, the "Trophies" screen and the **Account** tab. - On mobile, a chip in **Harvest plan & tags** only changes that screen. - **All seasons** only applies to the harvests on the "Trophies" screen on mobile: the other screens keep their season. - On mobile, the season returns to the current season every time the app starts. - On the web, the season chosen for hunting grounds is kept in your browser, from one visit to the next. ## When something goes wrong - "My harvests from last year have disappeared": the chosen season is the current season. Choose the previous season. On mobile, you can also choose **All seasons** on the "Trophies" screen. On the web, click **All · N** in **My trophies**. - "The plan offered to set a tag isn't the one for the season I chose": a tag always follows the hunt's season, not the one from the selector. - "A warning triangle appears next to the season" (mobile): you are viewing a season that isn't the current season. Choose the current season to return to today. - "A dot appears next to the season" (web): the season chosen for the hunting ground isn't the current season. Click the season, then **↩ Back to the current season**. - "I don't see the season in the hunting ground header" (web): the button is hidden on a narrow screen and in a hunt's view.
